Job Vacancies and Volunteering
Seereer Radio is currently looking for volunteers for the following positions (see below). These are great opportunities for those wishing to develop their journalistic or broadcasting skills. It is also a good stepping stone for those wishing to get into radio. Experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
You must however have a laptop or computer with broadband internet access and be passionate about Seereer culture, history and/or religion, be hardworking, a great communicator and reliable. If you can speak Seereer-Siin or any of the Cangin languages especially Ndut, Sili-Sili (or Palor), Laalaa (or Lehar) and Noon, that is a big bonus and we definitely would love to hear from you. Send us an e-mail to [email protected] telling us the position you are interested in and why you think you are perfect for that role. We will reimburse your expenses and this would be discussed with you if we decide to take you on.
